ellcrys70First off, a huge, stupendously large, gigantic Happy New Year! to all my friends!!! I hope the New Year brings all we could wish for and that we all have a successful year; personally and professionally.
And with that it mind, 10 things that I'm grateful for this year, and 10 things I wish for in the new one!

10 Things I'm Grateful For:
These are in no particular order:
1. Friends- you keep me grounded and love me even when I'm not the best friend back, you encourage me and help me along, thanks!
2. My job- stressful but rewarding, if only it was more money! LOL
3. My kids- you make me crazy but I wouldn't trade you for anything, really.
4. My sisterdionneshea- you're a little crazed at times, but I think you're cool and you always bring me back to earth (with a bang!) if needed. Cheers!
5. My country! I live in the best country in the world! (I can hear all my LJ friends scoffing right now, LOL) CANADA ROCKS, BABY!!!! Seriously, I love that I live in a country where my opinion is listened to if I so desire, and I can have the freedom to choose, right or wrong.
6. Our peacekeepers around the world. I don't advocate violence or war, in fact, I'm against both, but I respect the fact that our people are out there risking their lives.
7. My family- you're an odd bunch and you make me crazy. Still, you love me and believe me, the feeling's mutual.
8. God- no explanation needed.
9. My home, car (yes, the Taurus), and food- just the basic necessities but in a world where many don't have these, I'm grateful for what I have.
10. Love- in all forms, makes the world go round.
10 Things I Wish For 2007:
Again, in no particular order:
1. Keep the friends I've made and maybe make a couple more.
2. Lots of good writing to keep me going.
3. Health and wellness for my family and friends, and myself.
4. The ability to pay my bills and not be too poor.
5. Success in my career, and in my kids' school year.
6. A new car.
7. Get out of debt.
8. Lots of love
9. Lot's of laughter
10. Peace on earth, and in our lives.
