Life is okay...

So, I went shopping today. Nothing too extravagant, I just wanted a pair of pants.
So, fool that I can be, I went into the Gap. Now, Gap clothes don't fit me, I know this and just have trouble accepting it. So, a nice saleslady tried to help me find pants, but when you're not too tall, well, me and Pippin Took are about the same height, and not too slim, also like a hobbit, Gap is not the place for you. So I tried a pair of pants on, and another, then another salesgirl came up and I tried on some more. The last time I tried on jeans, I was a size 16-18. Now, sit back.......size 10!!!
SWEET!!!!! So, I succumbed to the overwhelming joy of a size 10 and bought a $78 pair of Gap jeans. They'll have to last at least a year, but I don't care.
I'm doing some homework now, and a resume to drop off at the School District Office as well. You know, just to get my name in somewhere.
We have salad for supper tonight with sourdough bread. Not too exciting but the kids liked it so it was okay. Then we went to the mall to take back some shoes and the kids picked out the Simpsons VHS of Trick or Treehouse, and Tori got the Eminem Show (Clean version).
It was a pretty nice day. I even got to see my friend Sharon try on some wedding dresses and then she took me to the wholesale shop where her sister let me buy my shampoo and conditioner at the cheap prices. SWEET!!!
"Honey I've been there, and you've been here, we ain't had no time to drink that beer.
Cause I understand you've been running from the man that goes by the name of the Sandman. He flies the sky, like an eagle in the eye of a hurricane that's abandoned."
