Whoo hoo!

So I am officially employed for the next year!!! And they didn't even put me with the same boys! Two different, equally troubled ones but the change will be nice. I had an interview this morning and Richard told me I had the job after school, unofficially. Then the Vice-principal stopped me on the way out and said I had the job and to call head office and accept if I wanted it. Thank goodness! My benefits won't stop over the summer and I can get my last year of temporary employee in and get my seniority. I'm pretty happy about it.

My friends have all been pretty happy to hear about it too. It's so nice when other people sound even happier than you do for your good fortune.

Paid my utilities today, got some groceries and some gas, as a result I now have 50 bucks. Brutal.
Gas was $45. And they think it's going up to 1.30? I'll be getting skinny walking everywhere I guess.

Now at least I can enjoy my summer holidays....
