Yay!

Yay! Got my money today so I paid my rent and life is good again.
Made the kids hamburgers and nachos for supper and then have to do homework.

On the yuck side of life...
Wayne called last night to inform me that he was coming over to 'visit' for the night, now that he's found out I'm single. I said no, many times, and told him not to come because I'm busy and the kids were still up etc. (And because he's the last damn thing I need right now.) and he totally ignores me and comes anyway. So I turned off the lights, had the door locked and didn't answer the door. Hint Hint, don't want to be with you....
My counsellor was very impressed.

Rented 'White Oleander', 'Rockstar' and ' Here on earth' to watch this week.
I hope at least two are good movies. Actually, I've seen Rockstar, it's not bad.

I didn't watch the Oscars because I was hiding in the dark, and because I don't particularly like waiting for 4 hours to find out my movie doesn't win anything except best effects and lighting awards.
I do want to see 'Chicago' though, and the 'Pianist'.
I just got a condensed version of Adrien Brody's speech, and it teared me up. I'm a sap for that kind of shit.
